“During the course of 1998 Roy Grindel undertook three packages of work for me on the property above; a 15th century listed building.  The work was diverse ranging from the renewal of old casement windows, and the re-alignment of original oak beams in the loft, to the installation of a modern built-in wardrobe.  All the works were reasonably priced, and represented good value for money.  Work commenced as agreed, and were always finished in accordance with the promised completion date, or earlier.  Workmanship throughout was to a high standard.  On completion the site was always cleaned and left in a tidy state.  I have no hesitation in recommending Roy Grindel for carpentry and building works.”
